Nature. Every species always go for one of its own, and most likely for one who look the most like them. And to push away those who aren't the same, because they might be a threat.
That's instinctive.
I think it is a combination of both but I don't know why
Both. It csn be because that was what you were around most when growing up.
As with most things, I consider it to be a combination of the two
I am bi-racial, Racial preferences are Natural.
Nurture and extreme circumstances are what made my parents meet and make me haha
We tend to prefer people we perceive as similar to us. It's why partisian politics happens so often and so easily.
Combination of both i guess i am mostly into Latino especially Argentine men middle eastern men if they are open minded especially Syrian.
The whole nature/nurture thing is never a good way to see things as almost all things are both.
But yes, there is a signifigant nature aspect to race preference.
Nurture. It all goes back to the way we were socialized
It's just like being gay. You can't pick who you're attracted to.
You people are stupid. The whole world is fucking stupid. You posted that pic and you still havnt really looked at it. Thise are not races. Goddam wtf
Nature, for example i am middle eastern, I tend to find light skinned women whether they're semetic or white or Arab or Asian more attractive than dark skinned women. It doesn't make me a racist
I think media affects it. for example before I didn't use to find Asians attractive but nowadays they are famous because of kpop and such and now my ideal type is Asian men
I’m half danish, and I’ve noticed myself that despite liking the darker races because I’m surrounded by then in the current country I am in, I still find myself interested in the Scandinavian type. Dunno, I think it’s both nature and nurture tho
Nature, but it may be influenced by other factors, countries have different beauty standards
"Nature Or Nurture?" is simply whatever your politics are.
I have no racial preferences but there is also an another aspect I think when dating is "ethnicity".
I’ve dated mostly white men but I also grew up in a very suburban town most of my childhood friends are white. So it depends
Well! Mostly I'll prefer him to be a nice guy. No matter what race. Then I might go for an Asian man because I like black and silky hair on guys.
Just like most things it's probably a balance of both. But its not something I can personally relate too.
Nurture. I grew up around a lot of different ethnic groups and have no racial preferences. If it were nature, I would care.
Nature. Throughout our evolution, being wary of strangers or others is a defense mechanism that we needed to survive.
Definitely nurture. Babies aren’t born with views, they’re developed through experience.
Nature. My family is racist but I still love Latino men. That’s my preference
In group, out group preference in sexual selection is interesting. It's a mix of systems and could do with more research but unfortunately politics gets in the way.
we humans are biopsychosocial animals so I'd say nurture.
Both. Nurturing is a natural instinct.
So it is all organic
I was neither of them. I was made stumbled by them really but I forgave them a long time ago. Hopefully, they don't go to hell.
LIke, TOTALLY NATURE, MAN! All us pasty, fish-belly white rednecks just ADORE Ebony goddesses, right?
A preference to your own is nature, however, liking specific other races (like how some Japanese like white people), could be nurture.
both.
me its more preference and i don't date cave women. They don't do it for me.
I have no racial preference. It's the person I like.
u either love what u know or u want what u dont have.
Usually atracted to your own race but who you grow up around can change it.
Nature, there is no changing what someone is attracted to regardless of how nonsensical
It is the company you keep. And what is taught at the dinner table.
Combination of both cause it tend to be people your around.
Its to survive better in a given natural habitat. So I would say nature.
Nurture. its our nature to stick within our own "tribe"
I think it' a combination to some degree, but definitely more innate than learned.
A little of both I bet, depends who you’re mostly around
I think it's a mix of both.
Heuristics reinforcing structural racism.
Both mainly ethological based
Neither. People like who they like
I think a little bit of both.
A bit of Nuture a bit of nature.
It depends on the attitude of a person
Neither it's just personal.
Probably both
I prefer white and Asian
Definitely.
Nature
Both
Nature of course.
If you prefer a race beside your own, then it's nurture of course.
People are people
