HELP!! So there is this cute guy whom I just met a few weeks ago, should I text him happy birthday?

Ok so he began working where I work, and we have exchanged phone numbers but we don’t text nor call eachother. Yet we do talk and hug when we say hello and goodbye, tomorrow is his birtgday but I won’t see him. Should I text him happy birthday, or should I wait until I see him to tell him in person?

I think yea send him happy birthday so he knows u remember and u wanna wish him on time which is a nice gesture ofc... and also its nothing too big of thing to do so yea without worryinb go for it and also tell him again when u meet
