like... what i mean is... imagine there's a guy who obviously has a crush on you... but he acts really shy and cowers away, avoids you and never talks to you (even tho he would love to be with u)

Not a girl, but yeah. It really depends on how shy they are, though.

If It's crippling shyness then that's a huge turn off either way; doesn't matter if they're a girl/guy.

If they're shy but willing to go outside their comfort zone every now and then, trying new things, etc., then yeah It's still masculine.

Generally but sometimes girls can perceive it as attractive but generally that is only when the guy is good looking. If you're just average looking or worse then beeing shy will usually just make you seem even less desirable.
