Hello Ladies, would you date/marry a man who had an voluntary orchiectomy?

Probably not. Not because of the orchiectomy in itself but because I am not a believer in marriage.

What is marriage? It is a piece of paper delivered by a state that tells you that you and your spouse are bound by this piece of paper for the rest of your life. One does not need a paper to be happy together.

As for the orchiectomy, that is not a procedure that is relevant to me because I place so little importance on sexual intimacy. If the removal procedure was performed, it has to be for two distinctive possible reasons

1. medical reasons
2. psychological issues

While I fully understand medical reasons, the psychological reasons need further investigation.

Was it to prevent probable cancer? Yes no problem. Even if it was for some other reason, weird but I don't care that much. I don't want children so that wouldn't be a factor for me.

Yes, cancer prevention is a big reason. Plus I figure adoption is a good way to go if a couple wants kids. There is so many parts to a relationship I think not having them isn’t that big of a deal.

Plus I look at it as my way of taking responsibility for birth control. Like you said not every lady wants kids. This way she won’t have to worry about taking the pill or a surprise pregnancy. And she won’t have to worry about me dating just for sex.
