Why do people say that black women are unwanted?

I've noticed that so many people push the idea that no one wants to date black girls. Black men are often the ones who push it the most but I feel like it's just they're way of trying to keep black women down and struggling. So, if she isn't dating pookie or ray ray she's suddenly a gold digging whore and over estimates her own value. It's pretty terrible and I'm tired of this narrative being pushed.

(Disclaimer: I am black and male.) It's not that black women as a whole, are unwanted, it's that the higher percentage of unwanted women happen to be black. And a large part of that has to do with socioeconomics. (In other words, no one wants a hood rat or ghetto trash.)  The Worst of the Worst black women are: - Fat - Ugly - Uneducated - Dress tacky/gaudy - Entitled - Have a b*tchy attitude and are generally negative - Think they're tougher/ballsier than they really are  - On permanent government assistance with no attempts to get off it - Never married, but has several kids - Awful mothers who generally "raise" their kids only by beating them once they act  too  bad to ignore - Rarely takes responsibility for their own actions - Always talking sh*t about men in general ("Hood Rat Feminism") - Think they're "Queens" entitled to African Nubian Gods for men, despite all this sh*t listed above It's not just the ghetto ones like that. Half of these could describe Cardi B, Leslie Jones and Mo'nique. And then black women wonder why pretty much men of every race would never have them at the top of their list of "most desired women."  Obviously  not all   black women are like this. But just speaking real, it seems like black women on average tend to have the largest numbers of undateable women than any other group. Even the trashiest white women in the trailer park at least tend to be devoted and loyal to their men, instead of always talking sh*t about them, then asking "where have all the good brothas gone?" while they themselves remain as undateable and unlikable as a woman possibly can while having several literal bastard children running around barefoot. Nope. " Must be those 'skinny white bitches' and not my own problems! " Not to say there aren't a LOT of Black men who aren't a problem, as well. Cause there definitely are.

For what it's worth, the effort to make every girl feel unwanted is pretty much constant. Racial reasons may be the most frustrating, but the effect is the same. Anyway, I wouldn't even fully attribute it to race so much as class. Its just that people assume black people are statistically poor, so it seems a lot like a racial reason.

Statistically we are the least desired, but that isn’t because there’s anything inherently wrong with black women. It’s just that black women have centuries worth of stereotypes and stigmas put on us. There’s so many stereotypes about dark skinned women being ugly, or that black women can’t grow hair, or that we’re just angry and loud for no reason. Black women aren’t viewed as soft and dainty and beautiful, because society has always forced black women to be tough. But these stereotypes are so prevalent that even some black men refuse to date black women and go out of their way to insult and demean us. I suggest that you don’t worry about the statistics or the stereotypes. Just focus on you and I’m sure the men will come. And don’t settle for anything less than a man that treats you with the respect and love you deserve.

Yeah I never understood it, I have heard about that but never believed it because guys always try to flirt with me, ask me out, staring at me, and it's majority all white guys. My boyfriend is white. Some men just like to say things to make women feel unwanted. I'm starting think that's with any type of color. Just like how some women will say, " men, if you're short, no woman will date you" and I hate that because it's not true. Not all women will think the same.

No one says that no one wants to date black girls. Yes, surveys indicate that if given the choice between white, black, Asian and Latina girls, men tend to place black girls last. But that is a FAR cry from "no one wants to date black girls". It is likely based on stereotypes, and if a girl doesn't fit the negative stereotypes she should have not trouble dating.

Black women aren't my type. But even without being my type, I still found some who were quite pleasant to the eyes. Some here, on G@G.
But it's true that most black women I've met were unnecessarily loud and vulgar. Which personally annoys me quite a lot.
Aside from that, I don't have anything in particular against them.

My opinion on me dating black women as a white man:

I don't mind it, but there is big % of them that are not very beautiful and I hate this trend with faties showing all their fatnes trend, she need to be in shape, not fat or anorexic...

With black men as I guess, they want to date white women, for some reason, but as I see they usually pick up fat or ugly ones anyway...

Whenever I like black woman, she seems to want to date only black men, so I just gave up...

Black women are definitely wanted. Most American ones either go for "Pookie and Ray Ray" or go for white dudes. They tend not to like middle and upper class black guys. Which is fine with us, because we also get to our options.
