Unless you're parading how many people you've slept with body count has no real effect on attractiveness, guys who have slept with people tend to be more relaxed and confident approaching women.
With privileges you're right but there's more emphasis on women picking the right partner, and with "slut shaming" a lot of the time it has nothing to do with the amount of partners someone's had and is just an easy insult

Confidence for men is linked with attractiveness, attractive men are more confident bc they get a lot of approval from women, therefore, a guy thats not attractive, never gets any compliment, lowering his confidence. You would be surprised to know how many guys have never been complimented by any girl in their lives. I was watching a really popular youtuber called Penguinz0 ( Cr1tikal) and he said on one of his videos that the only reason why he has a beard, is bc a girl back in highschool told him he looked good with it.
