Umm lol what kind of question is this. Being a rich man's wife does not make him or you a superhuman. The wives (who actually love them) still have feelings and dignity. Usually, rich men with good wives only have good wives because the wife knew them before they were like this. They accepted them at their worst and when they were average /a nobody. Which makes this even worse if the man chooses to cheat. Sadly, reality is that men's loyalties are tested when they have everything (looks, money and status) while women's loyalties are usually tested when the man has nothing.
If the man manages to keep his partner after becoming rich, it is his responsibility to keep her happy and still feel special, because honestly, good relationships are hard to find these days. In my opinion, good relationships make you richer than money. So, many people think the wife has to "keep up" with the man if he is rich. It's the exact opposite. MEN have to work harder to keep the wife, because they can easily access younger, better looking women who are superficial and don't give a shit about his actual well - being.
So to answer your question, hell no. Being rich does not give you a free parking card. It sure gives you more options when you are single. Remember that with great power comes great responsibility.

Yes, this may be unpopular opinion but it is what it is, it’s not a question of how it should be or whether it’s correct but how it is, cheating is not about how much money you got but how dissatisfied you are in a relationship or marriage. Cheating is also not limited to men only. Many partners are strangers in their relationships and marriages, If someone who would cheat doesn’t cheat today, tomorrow he/she will, if the pressing issues remain unresolved or when there is an opportunity, and especially if one is sexually unsatisfied. Not that I condone cheating but the cheated on ought to know what they did or didn’t do for it to happen. For example, there are many women who wouldn’t talk or always get angry with a man due to petty issues like why her man didn’t call or got late coming home, didn’t do this, didn’t do that, who is that who called, always getting into arguments, no peace of mind, they even go ahead and deny a man sex for weeks and months, these are some of the issues happening in relationships and marriages and when men cheat, its all bad, and they all good. Now, With money, it makes cheating easier (and again I don’t condone cheating, but it’s what it is) because it attracts women, money means buying power, hence the cheating power and one can buy whatever they want, buy some love. Many women are attracted to men because of money, money means opportunities, means stability, means fulfilled dreams (let not lie to one another, no woman would go for a broke lazy guy, it’s because there is no rich man for every woman available, all women wanna some kind of stability in their wish list, if I was a woman, I wouldn’t go for a broke with no potential kinda guy), funny how once they get there expect no other woman will. Money is a magnet. Women need to know that when you have a man especially a rich man, you need to work extra hard to keep him (most modern women don’t do shit for their men - even cook him a cup of tea, all they want is order, or someone else does it, claim they are career women and aren’t house helps, all they do is just seat there all special and equal) same with a man or men who have good and or extra beautiful women, if you don’t work harder to keep her and treat her right, she will go or be taken.
Not at all. How you enter a relationship, with what dynamic and expectations allows you to sleep with others or not. Cheating is cheating. It does have more impact when women do it, as they can get pregnant, that's where men who have large amounts of resources are different, they don't have as many consequences if they knock another woman up.
It doesn't mean their wife is going to simply enjoy the rich lifestyle and take it though. As you said, Bill Gates, though that's a tame example, look at how wrecked Tiger Woods life became when not just his wife's reaction to him cheating came out, but the scope of it. He went from being advertised everywhere to nowhere in an instant. If he had wanted an open or poly relationship, he should have married someone into that, or not gotten married at all.
If your goal is simply to fuck or impregnate every hot woman you run across, why would you get married in the first place? That probably sounds strange, but I support poly and open, while condemning cheating. One is about caring and honesty, the other deception and manipulation. Money does give you more latitude to be what you want, if deep down you want to cheat, well, that's on you to deal with down the line. Actions sometimes have greater consequences with more cash, influence and fame.
Personally I'd be with someone who supports me and my desires, then consider marriage, rather than marry them and pursue my desires while leaving them in the dark. Then again I'm not stupidly rich, so maybe I just don't get the mentality.

I don’t care how much money or status you have. If you made a commitment to someone and you break it... you’re cheating. You explore options when you’re dating, or unless otherwise specified and agreed upon by both parties (polygamy etc)

Look at home many famous men that have multiple baby mommas and their kids r almost all the same age.
