So I'm on the dating apps, looking for a long term relationship, mother of my children, wife material etc. I've found most women list confidence as a quality they desire. When I was younger, I used to be quite shy around girls, but some of them found this adorable, and I started to attract girls who are more assertive. But when looking for a partner, could this be an attractive quality?

I'd rather have a guy who is confident. A shy guy makes things more complicated :/ I dont like running after people. If you like me, than show it to me.

If I was the outgoing one then I would a shy guy endearing, but because I am the shy one I would want a guy who is not as shy as me. It helps balance it out in my opinion.
