She didn't need them, neither does he and, I either case, going by past experience, I'd say they're both gonna end up with back trouble!! Having that extra stuff on your ass cheeks is probably gonna throw your lower back out of whack and it'll be VERY painful!! Dad & I both dealt wit it! For me, it was because I had a stack of bus schedules in one back pocket and something else very thick (I don't recall what) in my other back pocket. With dad, he had a very thick wallet in one back pocket and a hanky in the other. For the most part, I got over my back issues by carrying a small purse/shoulder bag. I don't care WHO likes it!! It works for me!! One of the last times I had back issues, I spent the entire day on the kitchen table crying my eyes out and, when I was finally able to call my chiropractor, I told him, "Either cure me or kill me, I really don't care which!!" After several hours in excruciating pain and crying, I became worn out and started to yawn. THAT HURT LIKE A FUCKING BITCH!!!

What I think is f**k this society for making anyone feel like this is needed or even that it's ok.
Like when a guy says he wants butt implants people just encourage him instead of actually offering help. Obviously a guy who's life as lead him to want something like this has a cocktail of mental issues and traumas that have gone untreated all his life because it is now unacceptable to address them.
If you value that guy friend of yours don't encourage him to go under the knife and scar himself for life anymore than he's already scarred. I know he probably won't get help if you told him to but at least by not encouraging self harm you might discourage him enough to actually get help on his own
I don't like implants. Why would you put yourself through unnecessary surgery? Surgery can be dangerous, so why endanger yourself to change how your body works? Unless it's for medical reasons, I think badly of implants in general, I don't care who or where they are.
They look pretty much alike and the only difference is the suit they are wearing. So what, is the guy gay because that is the only reason I could se for a guy wanting that.

Sounds like a very effeminate thing for a guy to do.
Idc about if people want to get plastic surgery. I see as like a permanent form of makeup. As long as you don't go to far with it and you barely look human anymore. And there's always risk for complications but there's a risk with any medical procedure. I don't think there's any need to criticize it though. People can do whatever they want to feel good about themselves as far as I'm concerned.
The before picture looks better than the after to me... yes, I get that she wanted to have some ridiculous thigh gap. Looks way rougher after, like a wood carven.
Anyone who gets body modifications has mental issues, unless it's to fix damage from cancer/fire/horrible car accident. Very minor breast size increase/decrease is less of an issue than otherwise but still... I'd say natural is best.I understand why some guys would want it. I'm 61 and have lost a lot of weight so instead of having a butt I have two empty skin sacks that are all wrinkled up. I've tried every exercise that exists including riding a bicycle 5-10 miles a day and nothing works. So the idea of having a nice ass again at my age is very appealing. But I'd be concerned about the results. I've seen this done and they have a high failure rate.
Even on the woman, I would prefer the "Before"...
No idea, why someone would want to put artificial stuff inside their body just for looks...Depends on the reason, honestly. If he's doing it because he's disproportionate or his body is off somehow, I'd be fine with it. If he's doing to look better, I'd have a few reservations about it...
I guess whatever makes you happy 😊 I had a couple of bfs that loved wearing worn underwear, smh lucky they were hot 🔥, Lol
But why? (pun completely intended)
Just take doping and work out.
On tits, it sorta makes sense, because you don't sit on them, but butt?
I wouldn't trust implants for that. (though probably it makes sitting way more comfortable)I don't understand why anyone would want to make their ass look bigger, but for a man to want this is extra-weird.
Are you sure he's not transitioning but not being open about it?
Well, if I were going to be on a nude beach, I would want a nicer, firmer ass. But then, I not going on a nude beach?
It doesn't look good on both males and females, I have to advise against it.
The before after just looks like she gained weight is all…. As for men doing the same…. Effing bizarre.
What the fuck happened to men somebody took the wrong turn someplace
Just no for either gender.
it’s really stupid.Absolutely not, for men or women.
Show what your mama gave ya!I mean.. He can do what he wants.. His body.. He can look weird all he wants..
Ehy would someone want wider hips? Mine are wide and i hate it. I would get a surgery to get rid of the excess.
DON’T do it. Just don’t. Huge turn off.
This is even worse than breast implants. Why fake it?
