specifically a demi-cup strapless long line support brassiere/corset of fabrics encouraging tactile fondling. Paired with a contrasting open dress velour sport coat and perhaps a long or short satin or pleather skirt and lace topped thigh highs and heels.

I mean everything is visible, it's really up to you. However, personally i would highly advice against it mainly because If i saw you in the club I'd think you're just naked with paint on.
