I'm personally not gonna date someone who wouldn't be a good long term partner or wife and certainly not someone who'd make a terrible mother.

That being said the above traits you mentioned are not set in stone and those traits or combination of traits won't necessarily make a good wife or mother.

You only really need 3-4 of those traits the rest can be up to personal preference.

I think it depends on how you were raised our what has happened in your life while you are being raised. I know a lot of bad boys that are in motorcycle clubs
But I have found out is that a lot of girls that has been hurt as they were growing up raped are molested or just abused in some manner never wanted to happen again so they go after a guy that will protect him and at the same time almost do the same thing it has happened to her growing up this is the part that I do not understand because they get used and abused even worse
