It's way worse for guys because he's got a tool. Breasts work fine for nursing babies, no matter their size. Breasts in all other contexts are purely aesthetic. Penises are functional.

Girls do worry about their breast size and what men prefer. But most men are more accommodating and flexible than girls think.

Women are also more flexible about penis size than men think.

B. The question is who is more insecure? Most guys have average peni which would mean MOST are secure in their penis size. Women are insecure about boobs size no matter what size it is, meaning women are more insecure on average most likely.
I don't think this two things are related though. Penis is a sexual organ and boobs are not. Some guys like small boobs and some big boobs. Girls do not like a 2 inch penis. Penis acceptance is based on function and boobs are solely based on the look of them. They are not related. A better comparison would be muscles and boobs or penis and vagina. But even penis and vagina isn't a fair comparison.

I don't think this can be generalized.
There a women who feel worthless because of breastbsize.
Their are guys who really feel like a weak man because of their dick size.
But plenty of women and men who could careless.
This is more something that should be based on an individual level

I feel like guys define their worth/appeal a lot by their penis size and if they're unsatisfied it has a bigger impact on their egos than if a girl doesn't like their breasts.

I'm looking at the question from the perspective of 1 man and 1 woman comparing their insecurities. Like how much does that insecurity affect them. Or 1000 men and 1000 women. I feel like the average man is more insecure about his penis size than the average woman is about her breasts.
