Probably a tossup between Agnes and Vanessa. The two of them relate most to me personality and lifestyle wise, but their personalities and habits can be interchangeable with what I like.

I like women who are sweet like Agnes, but if she is aloof or not bright it could be a bit of a problem long term. On the other hand we have Vanessa who is laid back and fun, she is lazy as hell and the drug use would be a problem for me.

Yeah, 38C's are small. C's in general are small, but on a bigger woman (like 36, 38, 40 inch chests and above), they look even smaller. C's only look "not small" on petite women, because the woman overall is tiny. But the bigger the woman, the smaller C's look in comparison on her body. C's on a plus sized woman look like B's compared to the rest of her body. And C's are already small even on a typical 5'6", 130 lb woman.

For some weird reason, most guys on this site prefer flat chested and tiny-breasted women. I don't get it.

I don't prefer them... I love all sizes... A, B, C, D.
I find A cup sizes just as attractive as C or D cup sizes.
There is no disadvantage, attractiveness wise, with small breasts.
Larger breasts can look amazing... if they are round, shaped well, somewhat perky. If they are just saggy, bags of tissue then they aren't that attractive.
All big sizes usually look good in bras but not all still do once the bra comes off.
