Penis doesn't matter if you are in clothes, going out spending good time is something u can still do without penis.
Remember it can always be worse than what it is. You could have no penis at all, maybe someone shot off your dick and now u lose that small penis that u had. Thats even worse

Well i dont recomend getting married even if u have big dick. But you can still position yourself in place to hangout with people without expectation to sleep with you. In the end its just chemicals in our body, and you can get a lot of positive chemicals from human interaction even as friends. Or just be the guy who have one night stands cus after they will dump or cheat on you so why not get one nighters. Its still a fuking grind in the end. Or look for 3rd world country wife, cus they are in bad place they look for some outsider to help them achieve better life.
