First Time Kissing Advice

Hey so I’ve never really had a boyfriend, but I do have a casual buddy. And I feel like he wants to make out with me.
I just don’t know how I would go about making out with him. I don’t have experience on that. What if I suck? What if I do something weird?

Please give me any advice at all. How was your first time? How should kissing feel?

I think I’d be weirded out by having someone’s big ol’ head pressed against mine. And how do I know that he isn’t closing his eyes.. what if I open MY eyes…?

You'll be fine. Don't overthink it. You won't suck. Nobody is an expert the first time. Act naturally and enjoy yourself. It should feel like your showing your affection for the other person. Watch some kissing scenes in movies for inspiration. Close your eyes. Peek if you're curious to see if his eyes are closed. There really are no rules. If it feels weird, tilt your head a bit to try from a different angle. If he tries French kissing follow his lead if you're okay with it. If he doesn't and you want to try, just start slowly and see how he reacts.

The adage “practice makes perfect” applies here. It would be great if you trust the guy enough to let him know you haven’t made out before. A lot of men would be glad to give you practice. You’ll do well if you don’t hold back. You’ll understand what that means when it happens.
