I’m not trying to single guys out I changed it out of curiosity to see and in less than 3 minutes my likes went up like 10x more, I typically don’t date older though only because I feel like those guys have been around a lot and if you’re wondering for me I’ve only slept with one guy and have not much experience and I worry it’ll be weird or a turn off for them and I guess I prefer them having a young face if I dated one, it depends?

Yes , if the female is of child bearing age , and is not overweight she will always get attention from older men , its how the world has always worked , it only ever works if the male is older , and its been like that for generations.

Just be thankful that you are getting that attention , and dont be so narrow minded , think outside the square and select life benefit , rather than just making yourself channeled in one direction , I've always dated and been with much younger , my entire life , since the age of 25 .

I’m not that’s why I’m trying to see where it goes.. I guess I just don’t want a guy who is a player or slept around basically someone who will take me seriously as I would take them seriously. In all honesty I’ve had bad experiences dating guys my age, older, or younger that’s why most of the time I can see it more of a mentality thing or personality with how guys can act on either side but i feel thankful I can try to get to know more sides im just scared of getting used or hurt since I haven’t been in relationship since a year ago.

Honestly on tinder due to algorithm it uses, you provide will pop up in other people searches twice as much for the first 24 to 48 hours. The more active you are on the platform the more your profile will show in other people searches. So the fact that you got 10 x times as many responses may have nothing to do with your age.

As guy when I was Tinder ever week or two I would change something in my profile and setting just to keep profile active and work the algorithm to make sure as many profile would pop up in as many searches as possible.

Only thing you can do if you do not want older guys is to change your settings. It been a while since I have used Tinder but I think they call them deal breakers... so adjust your age settings.

I don't know. I'm 44 and i have dated as much as 13 years younger than me. It was actually really cool and could had potential. She had to move for work about 800 miles away though. I guess it depends on the chemistry between you two. I look like im 35 or 38. I am also very active for a man my age. So its not hard more a younger women to enjoy spending time with me.

Getting likes from men on dating apps means absolutely nothing except to boost your confidence or find quick sex. Men don’t like older women because they are likely to have kids/have high body count/STDs etc.

Generally everyone who likes women likes women that age. In all likelihood you were already getting those likes but tinder was hiding them before because of your age filter.
