Should I admit my feelings?

Recently, I started working with a guy. When he got there, I felt an instant connection with him. Whenever we are together, we never run out of conversation and there is definitely a spark. I've never felt like this about anyone before (at least not this quickly). However, he does seem to make connections with people easily.
Unfortunately, he has now moved away. We do talk to one another via SM but he doesn't always reply. It makes me really upset when he doesn't respond... I'm not sure why. But sometimes he does message me out of the blue, so at least he is thinking of me sometimes. I've told him that I would love to catch up when I'm in his city, or if he comes back to my city. He said yes, but I can't help but worry that I'll never see him again.
Should I admit my feelings to him via SM? It just doesn't feel right to do it in that way and not in "real life". I'm also not 100% sure if he is single but I've never asked as it seems like an awkward thing to bring up.

There could be many reasons why he didn't respond. Maybe he is too busy but hey if you're willing to let him know how you feel regardless of the outcome then go ahead and tell him how you feel. Just be prepared for whatever outcome and willing to move on if he doesn't feel the same. He moved away, he might avoid you due to distance and fear of getting too attached but you don't and won't know unless youblet him know.

I do know that he is busy moving at the moment, but I can't help but overthink everything that I've said and think I've said the wrong thing and scared him off. I really want to tell him my feelings, but would much rather to it in "real life". I feel such a connection to him when we are together, but online things seem different and I don't think it'd have the same impact as telling him in person. I don't know it just breaks my heart not hearing from him and I'm trying to deal with it.

It happens but try not to be so hard on yourself. Life can be challenging in the matters of the heart. Tell him how you feel if he still hardly responds then you would have to move on but hear him out first then you will feel better knowing.

Message him and ask if you can call him. You want to see how he's doing. And ask him if he's seeing anyone.

I woul d love to, but I've never called him before, so it would seem strange. I think even just saying I need to call would scare him.
