So if a guy has 1 friends with benefits, but is still active on sites like Tinder. Is he looking for someone better (like more attractive) or are they looking to just have more than one friends with benefits?

You're his friends with benefits and don't really need to worry about what he does with others. Your not in a committed relationship to demand exclusivity. If that's what you want, then you need to change the dynamic. If you do that, you might lose him all together. That's the risk you're going to have to take. I have have a couple of friends with benefits at the same time. We shared other interests besides the bedroom. One liked to go out clubbing and dancing. The other liked hiking and the outdoors. We were more than fuck buddies.

He is probably just looking for a girlfriend or relationshiptype partner now, the whole point of friends with benefits is to have a no strings sex partner until you find a boyfriend or girlfriend.

Agreeing to be 'Friends with benefits' is accepting that you are okay with sex only and understand that its never going to be a relationship.
