My boyfriend re-rinsed the dish that I washed for him. Was he being rude?

We've been dating for 4 months. I wash dishes at his house after we eat. After I washed one of his glasses, he took the glass and rinsed it again. He is signaling that I don't wash dishes well. Ladies, what would you do in this instance? Was he being rude?

Not a woman I'm a guy but I would like to add at least my habit

I have this weird thing about my cups where even if someone else washes it I'm going to wash my cup I don't care if you are the master of washing cups I'mma wash my cup and actually it's probably better you just don't touch my cup because it's my cup
Also some guys just are really obsessed with making sure their stuff is clean especially if they have a history in cooking then yeah they like to make sure their stuff is clean I'm one of those people so yeah
Also I've noticed that a lot of people these days are really bad at washing their dishes and they don't even realize it like they'll have stuff stuck to their plates and whatnot and it's like oh it's white so they don't see it but I'm like I can see very clearly that there is something white stuck to the plate and again there's my weird cup thing

Just ignore it, my brother has some cleaning issues his always recleaning things, i just ignore it, i know his the one with issues.

I still do my part in cleaning dishes even if he after decides to clean them again thats his choice, he can't complain that i dont clean so im covered.
