He didn’t text me for 4 days because he said he was tired?

So this guy I am seeing - He didn’t text me for 4 days but I noticed he was showing as active on Facebook, so I pinged him a message on there asking how he was doing. He said he was really sorry for not texting me back on WhatsApp as his brains been everywhere due to being on some night shifts. I said its cool I understand and we was chatting about work a little. Now do I give him the benefit of the doubt or should I move on from this guy?

This something I use to be ignorant about and clearly he is too. He lacks courtesy and or consideration for you. It isn't conscious but he does clearly lack it. You can teach him or move on. If he doesn't have an open mind and even a small bit of discipline he will not learn.

Look we are quick to leave someone and judge them but the truth is this guy is just trying the best that he knows. He just doesn't know any better. Teach him or move on but understand he isn't a bad guy or anything. I use to do this even when I was interested in the girl. It wasn't until one of them finally told me that I realized it was a problem. Same with coming over friends houses unannounced. I just honestly honestly didn't know believe it or not. Now I do.

Well you know all those emotions you're going through right now and all those little butterfly things and all those thoughts that are going into your head they are probably right you know what's really going on I don't need to say it out loud for you this is the moment we all go through in the beginning of a relationship but we always talk herself out of it and it always comes back to bite Us in the ass that's all I'm going to say we all know things before they're going to happen but we never listen to ourselves

Nah, that's a very poor excuse. NO ONE can tell me that they're too tired to send a few messages during the duration of a whole day. You have 168 hours in a week. Let's say you sleep 7 hours a day. That's 49 hours. Let's say you work 7 days a week, 12 hours a day (highly overestimated). That's 84 hours. Let's say commute takes you an hour a day. That's 7 hours. Let's say getting ready takes you an hour. That's another 7 hours. That still gives you 21 HOURS left in your week to use. And that was all overestimating. If they say they're too tired, it just means they don't want to talk to you. Move the fuck on from that energy.
