How to know if a shy guy is interested?

Okay so I went on three dates with this guy and talked through the phone/played games online with him a lot of times too after meeting him. He stayed over twice, one of those times he had school early on the next day but he stayed either way. Both times we cuddled face to face the whole night. We didn’t kiss yet cause we didn’t have a chance (only once while saying goodbye but although I’m not as shy as him I’m not courageous enough to kiss him myself). He’s really shy and that’s really cute for me. Last guy I dated was a possessive narcissist so having someone new being the complete opposite is nice.
Thing is as he is so shy I don’t know at what point is he interested or not. We met last Saturday (he stayed over and since this was the second time he hugged me even more, it was really cute), talked throughout the week, he proposed a few dates (like going to the local theme park) but didn’t set a time or anything, just told me he wanted to go with me (he goes to school and works so he’s pretty busy). On Thursday he replied to a story I posted kinda flirting with me and I told him if he wanted to meet this weekend but he told me he had plans already but he was available next week. Yesterday he asked me to play games online with him though so we did (he again insinuated a date, I told him I would cook him his favorite meal so he started telling me on how much he was craving for that meal as in ‘when will you cook’?), also I mentioned that I posted a photo a few minutes ago while talking and he immediately when and liked it and made jokes that he knows make me laugh or plays music that I told him I like.
We are meeting on Monday for a show and today he posted a story asking if there was a party or something to go out. I guessed maybe because he’ll see me on Monday he didn’t want to make plans with me today? (I say this because he told me he was busy). Do you think he’s interested?
I know I have to take things easy and all but I’m just an anxious person.

I want to add that when he flirted with me I flirted back more obviously so I thought that if he kept talking to me and all after that without saying anything then that means he’s okay with it, if he just wanted to be friends he would have told me at that moment I think.
Also he’s 20 so I think he’s not just shy but lacks experience too, don’t know about ex girlfriends or anything.
