I mean that really depend on you honestly... I mean if you find nerdy guys attractive. I would never date a someone just because he is nerdy type or jock type. But I think you might have more success with nerdy types, I mean if your a hot sexy women they might be more appreciative. I mean nerdy types get really attracted to hot women who take a serious interest in their hobbies and geek shit. I mean they find that so much more super sexy then most jock types that really just want a piece of arm candy to feed their egos. Geeks love women who take a serious interest in them, where as jock types think everyone takes a serious interest them... and we all know that is not true.

Go for decent guys, learn what to look for in a decent guy and avoid negative types.

Guys are not usually distinctly jocks or nerds, so you probably should not specifically look for those traits.
