I just shake my head at this. I agree the same goes for most women too in dating hot men and them always being jerks.
Why can't men not take their pride down a notch and find a woman that's not a model but also is an all around good person instead?
Why are relationships based only on sex apeal when happiness is what everyone wants?
I have never been into only looks because I know most people who are really good looking are generally douchebags. So, I avoid them altogether. I'm definitely no model myself, but I've never been called ugly either.
Why do men only date hot women but then cry the blues when they turn out to be all selfish or gold diggers?
Actually, what I did when I was young was go for meh looking women after I ran into some nasty hot looking women. Then I found out that the so/so looking ones are even more bitchy/horrible than the hot ones except there's no upside. So I went back to 'hot'. Although by hot I mean 8+ on the 10 scale.
And men don't 'cry the blues' like women do. Typical guy will be over a bad relationship quick. A woman could be seriously mentally disabled for decades. Which is probably why (most) guys don't want women with high body counts while women don't really care about a man's body count.

Actually, it's been proven men take longer to get over a relationship. So, not sure which article you read. It sounds like you just attract bitchy women in general by the sounds of it. That sucks. 😕
Men take longer to get over a relationship? Ha! Let me guess, a poll of some college aged soy boys who have yet to even gain adult confidence (earned confidence not the manufactured sort women who wear lots of makeup have).
Anyhow psychologists say most of the people with mental disorders are women. This is scientific fact. So of course, as a heterosexual male, I attract messed up women. It's like saying a drinking glass attracts liquids. Well, yeah. Of course many of us men got good at spotting the symptoms of mental disorders and did our best to avoid the worse cases and find the mildest cases or ones with no issues. Meanwhile, women -- as has been true for eons - have to literally beg quality men to marry them as no quality man begs the woman. One solution women found to that problem was to claim that they are strong & independent so as to avoid being rejected for being unworthy of the ultimate serious relationship. And of course men have declined into lesser versions of themselves, along with women in Western Society. There's far fewer great catches across the board. Still, if you look at what women want from men, it's easy to find men with those things. If you look at what men want from women, it's very hard to find it today & I'm not talking about the physical looks.
And if you've been rejected by so many guys that you had to come in here complaining about men picking 'hot' women: 1. You're fugly on the inside. Work on your insides. 2. You're fugly on the outside and inside: Work on the inside & hit the gym/bike trail.
Because these specific men rarely try to have a deep conversation with these women and truly understand/ evaluate their personality to see if they’re meant to be in your woman.
I date women who have beauty AND personality because I can’t be bothered to deal with immaturity and lack of compassion. It just irritates me to the point I just look for an exit

Actually I think it’s more like men use money to attract women and then act surprised when he figures out that’s what she’s attractive to… you catch what you fish for.
I never had that issue... the ~arguably~ hottest woman I've been with, also had significantly more assets than me... in no need at all to be "digging for money from anybody"
and all my other girlfriend were no exception, with their own jobs, businesses or careers

That's really cool they were independent and I'm glad you never ran into this issue.
because we are attracted to shiny things, and are pretty much idiots. Oooo she pretty, must mate. Women tend to look at the whole person, how they look are less important than who they are as a person. If guys did that then they wouldn't have to end up with someone who looks nice, but is a horrible person to be with.
yes we put ourselves in a box and complain about the opposite sex because they can't find a good person but they passed on a lot of people from being too picky
It's true unfortunately. Good people get thrown to the side because they don't meet the "looks standards" it seems. I hate that about scociety. I've never had a problem myself. I just see it happen to so many people and it makes me sad this world can be so harsh.
And no, that's just a pic from google. I thought she was really beautiful though.
I am 67 years old, but I have had very younger girl friends and people would ask them why she would be with me, and I told her to tell them if she had me for ten years and have happiness is that better than ten years of unhappiness people are too much into age difference too
The bottom 80% of men dont date hot women. The men you're referring to are in the top 20%. You only think most men because you're paying attention to a small fraction of men
