This guy used this girl for sex, she didn't know and she kept the hurt inside one day she got upset and they got into an argument where he hit her , she then pressed charged on him more out of spite she could have kept her mouth shut.

He attacked her, and the whole "she reported it because he used her" isn't important. Yes, if they were in relationship she might have been willing to forgive him for hitting her but since they aren't.
It is like getting assaulted or mugged by a stranger - while you can keep silent, reporting it prevents further victims by stopping the perpetrator.

If she didn’t hit him first, it’s 100% on him. He deserves what he got.
If she hit him first, as is often the case, she should be in jail. She won’t be, but she SHOULD be.
