Since the pandemic started I’ve only socialized with married family friends, family members, and single females I’ve known over 30 years, unless it’s a restaurant worker, delivery guy, doctor, dentist or fellow patient waiting in line, and I shopped twice at 2 different stories. I’m beginning to think I might talk to 2 guys a year instead of the hundreds I spoke to every year when I used to work out of the house.
I rely on habit. I walk 3 miles and move bags of concrete every day. Drink milk and water only. Fresh fruits and vegetables just about every day. Avoid fried food and multivitamin every day. Wear hats, sunglasses, and long sleeved white shirts out in the open sun to protect skin and stay cooler. Wear dust mask and safety glasses when working outside cutting grass, cleaning out chicken coop, weeding, whatever.
Habits. Be grateful for the benefits. Or suffer the consequences: wrinkly skin, sun burn, smelly coop, unsightly lawn or planters, sweating profusely, very dirty, overweight, lethargy, indolence, etc.

I don’t need motivation.
I just do things because science has proved Taking action is Possible. My relationship with God and Prayer keep me motivated. Music helps too as well as knowing the things i want in life and working towards them
No. The past is in the past and unfortunately can no longer be relived. But, fortunately you can make new memories in your present or future and live in the moments so you can create more happy memories.
