I’ve had 3 dates with him and haven’t heard off him for 2 days?

Over this weekend he has had his son so we don’t talk when he has him which I am absolutely fine with.

He last spoke to me Friday when he phoned me, he asked me if I was seeing him next week on the phone but never said a day.

Last night I sent him a photo of his favourite sweets I got him and asked him what day shall we meet up, I haven’t heard from him but I know he’s been online

Could be something to do with work or family is the reason he may not have gotten back with you. Also, some guys move at a slow pace and he may not want to come across as clingy and needy. I'd say give him a bit more time.
