Absolutely a turn off and a huge annoyance. To me driving is incredibly easy and doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out, but unfortunately the world is FULL of idiots, that and being a poor driver is a danger to everyone else on the road and that's just unacceptable. If you can't drive correctly and follow the very simple laws, you shouldn't be behind the wheel.
