It’s not her. It’s the hierarchical structure family within and outside of Caste. I’m not having a Family, that negotiated choice and or spouse, rule my relationship until parents die. And, like Islam, I’m not adding wing to a house snd moving into parents home. It is NOT India woman as it is Indian traditions and uber focus upon Money.
I love the most traditional dress as I do Thai dress. In America, they are even more obsessed with Monies. I have streets of hard assets, however, I’m not going to be part of a Culture where unsaid class based upon wealth exists…I can do that among Anglo at NE University. I am tired of your “woe is me like African reject because India woman”. Grow up. You are not helping your cause acting like children or Section 8 government living people. Enough‼️

I would not reject a girl for being Indian, as I have dated women on many different nationalities. However, the fact that a woman grew up in Indian culture would probably mean that we have fewer common interests and desires.

The no-nos for cross-cultural relationships are a partner who still has a competitive attitude toward different cultures (e. g. Islam is better than Christianity, Judaism is better than Buddhism etc etc); someone who expects the partner to adopt their culture in its entirety; etc.

It takes much greater spiritual maturity to make inter-cultural relationships work, but if they do work, then you can have the best of all worlds.

I ask the question: what is an Indian? Seriously, the country of India covers almost the entirety of the subcontinent. It’s not populated by a singular homogenous culture, language, and religion. It’s like asking “would you date someone randomly chosen from 1/6 of the world’s population” and expecting that to give the same result everything time. My answer is yea I guess? It’s be a blind date if the only information is “she’s Indian”.

OMG, YESSSSSSS! You don't know how bad I want to. 😂 Absolutely not would I reject her because of her race. They're my favorite. Though my type would be Westernized. Sexually Liberal, but politically Conservative. I'd be okay with her occasionally wearing sarees, but would prefer if she dressed Western. Ideally she would be Christian or Atheist or non-practicing. I wouldn't want her forcing her religious beliefs on me.
