Why is he angry?

I live with a guy friend and he always attacked me on little things, whenever i would clean he would say u didn't it he would say i am dirty, while i always clean after myself, maybe not in the way that he wants but i did clean. He would ciritize me curse me and during a dicsuiion when i had enough after 6 months he hit me. I was zooooo angry , it was just a slap but i was ready to make him pay , so i pressed charges but now i do regret it... i feel like i ruined his life... but can u blame me... he made me feel so low about myself

Don't regret making someone accountable for physically hitting you. People like that need to be made to take responsibility for their actions if they can't control their anger
