Contact between the lips should be gentle, but intense. Don't press hard. Drink lots of water before hand so your lips are nice and soft. Brush your lips against her's in the beginning, then pull her body in against your's and start to explore her with your hands. Any tongue kissing you do should be just as gentle. Make sure that your tongue is massaging her's and dancing between your mouths; you don't want to start licking her teeth and gums.

There's no "how to" except to relax and do it. I was taught when I was about 18 by a woman about two years older. It didn't take me long to learn. That's a very happy memory. I could have stayed with her but I was an immature 18 and she was a single mother and I was not in any way mature enough to deal with that.
