Should I do a full makeup on 1st date or keep it simple?

Recently a guy asked me out, of course I want to look my best but I am not sure whether I should do a full makeup (foundation included) or stay true to myself, to what I usually do (eyeliner, mascara, lipstick at most).

Guys, what would you prefer?

Girls, what would you go with if you were in my shoes?

I definitely plan to do my hair and wear something cuter (if the weather allows it) for the date.

Do a full makeup (all that makeupy stuff, foundation, conturing, highlighter etc.)

Keep it simple (mascara, eyeliner) WITHOUT lipstick

Do what you think you're going to like do what makes you feel good that's what it's all about you want him to know you on how you like to dress and how you like to look and what makes you feel good I don't know what full makeup means or anything like that I don't know how you blend it but if you make it look somewhat natural you're going to be fine

Go with your standard look. Like if you wear a lot of make up then go with that look and if you don't, then don't.

A majority of guys like limited makeup. Eyeliner and Mascara are attractive. A ton of foundation and contouring is a bit of a red flag. Natural colored lipstick is nice, but it’s best saved for nicer dates or outings.

Keep It Simple, Stupid. Most guys don't like full-on makeup anyway, cause it's deceptive and kind of catfishing him. ... Unless you're really ugly.
Lipstick only if you plan on KISSing him.

No, there is such thing as too much. It’ll look strange if it looks as if your skin is textureless. And try not to put a big fat black outline around your eyes

If a girl went on a date with me and didn't wear lipstick I'd think

a) she doesn't care about her appearance, and

b) she doesn't care about our date
