Have you ever had to work with somebody at work and that vary person talks down on you?

I’m a big guy and I Intimidate people and I still go through this.

I worked with an older woman that loved to judge me and gossip about my failures to people. She mocked me within days of me working there, saying I expected her to be my mother since I was new and a little too needy when I did not know how to find things or do my job. She also judged me because I was not good at using the broom and she said I probably never helped around the house at home but our house is carpeted and does not have areas where we need a broom. We used a vacuum and not a broom to clean our floors.

There are lots of insecure little Hitler’s with both height and dick size issues. Smile like they are an idiot and say nothing. 12 year olds have temper tantrums. No reaction but a smile but never social contact will eventually hit home.

Yea, it happens for so many different reasons too. Jealousy, fear, one-ups-manship etc.

I try to just mind my business, do the best job I can, make people who work well with me feel good about themselves and outperform my haters.
