What inferences did you have in the first 5 minutes of talking to your partner for the first time?

The first 5:00, I was actually more interested in her girlfriend. As it turns out, SHE was a lesbian that was trying to get into her panties!! But, she and I did a lot of talking and the lezzie just kinda sat there for the most part. As she was a kind of psychologist, I guess she was trying to size me up as me and the other girl were chatting away.

As I wasn't there to pick anyone up, I was just hanging out after playing a gig and waiting for the band I played with to take me and my drums back home. so, about the only things I knew of her was that she had a FANTASTIC tan (before I hound out she's from India), great long hair and huge very bright teeth (made even brighter under the blacklights in the room), and that she looked a lot like my gorgeous cousin, Julie, who is a blonde. We had a nice chat, about an hour later, my ride was leaving and we both figured we'd never see each other again. We never bothered to share contact info. We said our goodbyes and figured we'll never see each other again.

and that's just what we did for the rest of that evening/night... no assumptions made, no pretending anything... we just focused on actually getting to know one another and a bit better, that's how it all started, lol

I think the early stages are always lead by attractiveness to some extent.
And as you start talking you begin to peel the layers of their personality and see what they are about.
I definitely did not have predefined assumptions just the will to get to know a person

I inferred that she was bright and fun and that we had a lot in common. She was easy to look at and to talk to. Our conversation was effortless and time disappeared.

The first five minutes? It's way too early to tell anything. That's like the first 5 minutes of a sporting event. You just pay attention and observe, but you can't really make any definitive conclusions about how the game is going to turn out.
