I asked this girl out she said I'll lyk but she still hangs out with me all the time. What does this mean?

So basically the title I have had this happen before many times but they always get distant after saying maybe so I move on. However this girl still hangs out one on one all the time nothing physical but we talk a lot and vibe on many levels. I'm confused af should I move on or not? Why does she still hang and even gets me food but doesn't wanna go out yet? We drink and smoke together all the time at least a few times a week for the past 2 months.
