To confront him or just keep it in?

i heard by my friend and the witness of what had happened on 14 November that the guy kissed a girl when they went to bar ( i'm not sure was it before he drank or after he drank ) and he told everyone he was single just because he took a break in his b-g-r. and should the girl confront the guy even though she agreed on meeting with him during weekends with his two female friends?
