No. I absolutely love being a man, love working out, building up the body and seeing how strong i can get. I wouldn't have it any other way. Your issue is purely in your mindset.

Makeup? I fail to see how something that is made up... can be compared to something like working out. Makeup ages the skin so all of those short-term benefits hold a big price. But working out done correctly has none of those issues. Ultimately you are what you think. Your subconscious even creates programs based on this!

If you think like that, that’s how it’ll end up being then. All that someone needs is confidence, a good personality and probably some form of humor. There’s quite a lot of people out in the world and you have lots of time ahead of you to grow. If you won’t become the catalyst for your own improvement, self-esteem and confidence, you won’t get anywhere: both in friendships and relationships.
Plus, lots of people find dad bods hot. Skinny and lean dudes, too. You don’t need to be muscular to attract people.
