Should I break up with him or do him how he do me?

I reached to grab my phone on the bed and he snatched it thinking it was his. So I told him I didn't wanna go through it at first but now I do so give it here. He refused till this day. I don’t think he will ever let me see his phone. Also when his phone ring around me he don’t answer and say they irrelevant and he want to put a ring on my finger. The point is I want him to cut them off because I don’t like the fact that when I’m not there he probably will answer. I don’t want a ring from a man that don’t care how I feel. Should I leave him or get someone to call and text on my own? I don’t make any of this up everything that I ask y’all happened and yes it’s the same guy.
