Is it not okay to see multiple people at a time?

Is there a problem with being romantically involved with multiple people at a time? If yes, how? If no, how?

It depends, it's not as black and white as it being okay or not okay. If you're in a dating pool and you have multiple options of people wanting to go out with you, and you're relatively in the same stage with all of them and not sure who you like or what you prefer, then there's nothing wrong with that. However, if you're just doing it because you like the attention, or you're polyamorous and NOT telling them that because you don't want to scare them away or make them think you're cheating, that's kind of scummy. Or if you're just doing it to have side-pieces while you commit to only one of them seriously, that's also kind of a dick move. But if you're just dating around and not committing to anything and making sure to keep your boundaries so that you're not going too far with someone, then there's nothing wrong with that. Dating comes with a lot of gray areas.

Well there is nothing wrong in getting to know more then one person at a time to see who might be a better fit but once you start having feelings and getting serious you really need to choose one so you can see if there is a chance for something long term. The more you spread those feelings around the more confused you'll be unless polyamory is goal.

Depends on how serious you want the relationship to be. If you just meeting people and not in a committed relationship then it is ok to have "getting to know you" dates with different people. However, if you trying to be in a serious relationship, I'd say commit to one person and if you'd like to date another, leave the one you are with first.

Depending on what country your from it can be deemed perfectly acceptable to date multiple people without being labeled a player, then there are countries where when you start dating your are immediately exclusive.
