A girl I fell out with (my ex-best friend) called me "ok-looking" when we were arguing and now I'm insecure. Thing is, I called her dumb/ditzy and then she called me "average looking." Is it possible she really thinks that about me or is she just jealous?

She's actually a model and considered the prettier one out of us so I don't know why she would be jealous.
