I met one girlfriend in a grocery store. She wanted me to get something from a shelf she couldn't reach. After I handed it to her, she thanked me and thanked me. So glad I happened along. That I was tall. That she's short and depends on tall people. Why do stores put stuff up there? Oh, I'm Jan. What's your name? Jan is short for Janice but you probably figured that out. After a while we had a regular conversation and did our shopping together. She gave me her phone number and we started dating.

Friends. Ask your friends if they know anyone. Some of the best romance stories is you knew a friend who knew somebody. Or a brother or male cousin. It’s getting really personal but my thought process is if your best friend is cool maybe they’re relative would be good to date. Just ideas.

At the workplace. I always find the hottest men working EMS, POLCIE and SECURITY. Workplace is where it’s at.  I never would go to no bar or club. I quit the gym cause some dudes were harassing me. I didn’t even wear thongs at the gym like someone women. Some inbred-looking loser was following me around until I felt forced to switch to another gym. 🖕😒. I tried online, but those men had the smallest sizes I’ve ever seen in my life, one right after the other. 🤏 The hottest men online, would ignore me a day after texting me. So I quit ONLINE dating for good. I’ve gotten more dates and more D🍆K, from literal jobs. Specifically manly-jobs. We’re you can see more men. If you work alongside military personnel even better. Gyms, online & at bars = sluts like to be approached at these places. These are the typical cheap & causal sex hookup sites and locations. Even at gyms desperate cheap women dress revealingly or in tight clothes because they're after causal sex.

Decent respectable women are to be found anywhere else except at slut/whore/prostitute wannabe holes at bars, gyms & online like what you mentioned.

It's harder however to approach women outside of a bar, gym or online because pickup lines that work on cheap women don't work. You actually have to be a respectable individual that has more interest in a woman than cheap causal sex.

I see that you mentioned that you are very shy. You need to do what works for you, not for women that aren't very shy and can handle random approaches. Do you have friends and family that can help you widen your social circle?

It is up to you to approach them if you want someone good. Good guys won't be found in bars and clubs. They also know not to ask anyone out at work because it can be used against them even months later.

Either that or try online. Not some hook up app or anything free. Try eharmony or something similar.

You can’t say hi to women or talk to because they will try and sue you for just saying hi.

I can only speak for myself but I wouldn’t be bothered by a man approaching me at the gym or at a bar HOWEVER I might be taken aback by the way he did it depending on HOW he did it. Most of the time, when guys approach me in bars they’re piss assed drunk and often have their beer goggles on, so I will then often tell them “ask me when you’re sober and maybe we’ll talk about it”. If he does, I might give him a chance but if not, it was the alcohol talking.

I prefer dating people I know, someone I know through friends, events, hobbies, that I've already gotten to know through friendship and shared experiences. Strangers don't have any appeal to me, so the place doesn't matter if they cold approach me to date.

I think there's a fault on that reasoning: that you shall ALWAYS accomodate what the other person would like, even if that doesn't make sense.

If I approach a woman nicely, and she responds badly, it can only be a problem of her. So I just remove myself from the situation.

Many women have been doing this for a while to make it more and more difficult for anyone to have the relationships they either don't want or already have.

While I think many of theses people don't think it thou I also think many of them pushing this message really do want women to be single and unapproachable.

I agree, glad I'm not in the dating age nowadays. In my 20's and 30's you knew every person at the gym and could pick up girls there, in the mall, etc. Now if you say hello or good morning it's like your going to get sued. I would go to the grocery store and get girls numbers even when I didn't need groceries
