When do you expect loyalty to start?

I’m kinda pissed off tbh. I got a weird story with this girl. Months ago she did an outline for my tattoo. Thought she was good looking but didn’t think twice about her. Months later, I start a new job. Well, so did she. At the same job I work at. This wasn’t on purpose, we didn’t even recognize each other. I thought she was cute yet again (Not remembering seeing her before) but didn’t flirt with her, being that she’s my coworker. We wound up matching on tinder, hit it off really well. She actually messaged first. We clicked really well in real life too. We had a conversation about our intentions, we both were on the same page about a long term relationship being the goal. She hasn’t been with a guy in months, I haven’t been with a girl in months… we wound up having sex. It all seemed cool. Next day I got fired because of a previous incident, a customer attempted to lock me in his house and grab my penis, and I physically threatened the customer. I told her, we agreed to stay in contact and that it changes nothing, but she starts messaging less. She does say she’d still want to see me. I noticed she’s still updating her tinder (Which was a big alert to me that she’s still active on it) and her snap score is going up but she isn’t replying to me. It’s crazy because we clicked pretty well, she said she wanted to be with me, but she’s hesitant bc of past abusive relationships. Like wtf?
