Do you find it acceptable if they are hiding secrets?

So hey guys and girls, I'm just wondering but would you find it acceptable if someone you are dating if you been with them say 2 years or more.. Would you be mad at them?

I think my boyfriend might be hiding some things about him which I'm kinda worried about what it might be.

Like if he is seeing another woman I wanna know or if its something like some medical condition I wanna be there for him. :(

How do I get him to admit whatever he is hiding.

It would bother me greatly if my partner did not reveal things or kept secrets. Usually, secret keeping requires some kind of relational lie or cover-up.

When one conveniently forgets to convey things like substance abuse, criminal background, legal issues, employment issues, and finances for some off the top. It would very difficult to trust one who keeps secrets of this sort when it is obvious that these should be shared.

It completely depends on the relationship and the person. It’s ok to be uncomfortable sharing things. But more importantly, why do you think he’s hiding things from you?
