If I were you, I would not limit myself. The guy you just met that went "damn, I'm going to ask her out" and did ask you got is definitely interested in you. The guy that you are kind of crushing on but it is slow getting to date but going that way... Both of these guys are reasonable options.
The thing is that one never knows which one will turn out to be the Good Guy. You probably get to know both better before you rush off and make a choice. It is also good to be honest that you are dating and trying to figure things out. Good guy will understand that and make a reasonable decision and have a normal conversation about it.
Enjoy them more and worry less.

Well there is nothing wrong with considering something. Nothing is guaranteed. But as you get to know the other person over time, only then will it be easier to make a decision.
