What's the longest you would "chase" a woman before you let her go?

I don't chase. I would show interest as long as she did. Because when she stops I stop because there is no point. At best she simply is daffy and doesn't really know what she wants and at worst she was never interested to begin with. Hence the reason she didn't put any effort forth.
