Should I stay with a guy who wants to stay half loyal to me?

He doesn't want to commit fully and doesn't want other guy to commit with me fully either. He rumoured false allegations on me that we both are committed to other guys so other guys wouldn't come up to me yet he's not committing with me fully. He hanged me in a situation where I have no commitment from him and he's not letting other guy commit with me either. He's simply making me lose all my other options and isn't sure to stay committed with me either. What do I do?

He’s just trying to have his cake and eat it too, you shouldn’t be with a man who wants you to commit without a title. In most cases he is dealing with or looking for other women and wants to be single in order to do so. But he enjoys keeping you on the back burner so he always has someone to sleep with and whatever else. You are better than that.
