Are engineers really busy they cannot date?

That’s a lot of people these days lol. Just put up your standard that it’s cool he does those things for fun, but having quality time is also important for you and see if he’s someone who can make time. If he doesn’t, then he’s not ready for a relationship. I’m super busy too, but if I wanna be with someone.. it’s just about making time and putting effort.

He will have a decent stable income, but he may be very busy at times.
Last week, I put in my maximum allowed: 60 hours.
I was done by Thursday afternoon:
Sunday: 15h
Monday: 10h
Tuesday: 15h
Wednesday: 14h
Thursday: 6h

The previous week was like that too.

So, yes, engineers sometimes have to work a lot - especially when management is shitty making impossible or badly predicted guesses.

Remember: Management is what destroys space shuttles and planes.

Depends on the type of engineering and job. Sounds like the guy you mentioned is a consultant.
