So I’ve been on two dates with a girl I met at work.
both times when asking for the date she worked around my schedule as she isn’t a busy person.
I asked her for a second date : “are you free anytime next week by the way?”
to which she replied “uh probably, I am planning on going to Bournemouth at some point doh”
i replied with:”probably?”
and she replied with: “well I don't know if I’m working next week I need to ask my manager on Sunday”
her rota is out already as I’m in her work gc, she only does weekends but her story does match what she told me on the previous dates: she is picking up extra shifts and her manager tells her what days.
did I get softly rejected? I thought everything was going well we even kissed on the second date.

Give her the benefit of the doubt. We get super busy and I think sometimes expecting a date every week can be super clingy. Tell her to let you know when she has availability for a date. If she actually puts in the effort, then there’s your answer.
might be night not ge, some people are actually busy and some lie, thats up to to figure out why she lied
What's her job? If she does a shift, you probably didn't get rejected. It's hard to plan when you work a shift.
