A guy I went on a date with asks me when we can see each other and make a baby, what does this mean from your experience?

He said he can't take me seriously until I get pregnant because he is older and wants kids and now tells me this? I think I know the answer as to why he is approaching me the way he is but can you give me feedback please? I dont want to get hurt

I don't know of anyone who'd say such a thing not in jest. Is he kind of a clown? Because I could see a guy saying that for code of "let's get it on". But having kid should never be taken with a blase attitude. Both for the feelings shared in making one but also the lifetime ramifications for creating one.

well he told me he wants kids and that is a must for him since he's getting older... I initially thought that when he asked when can we make a baby that he just wants sex though

So I texted back saying I think we want different things, and he stopped talking to me - now I regret saying that. I am thinking maybe he did want kids and wanted to see if I'd get preggo, I dont know.

I wouldn't necessarily tell you to run away from a guy who just wanted to bang. There are lots of those and you can decide for yourself about them. But to say he doesn't take you seriously until you get pregnant makes him sound like some creepy whackjob who wants to skip all the slower steps in the relationship and is constantly going to be trying to force things to move too quickly. I wish he sounded like someone who just wanted to bang but one date and straight to talking about making kids immediately? Noooooo, way too fast.
