How do you know a guy is wanting a baby with you?

My boyfriend and I have been together for three months but known each other for almost a year. We are similar people except I’m a lot more expressive than him. I have my suspicions he is interested in a baby with me in the not so distant future. Pregnancy and babies come up a lot in discussion for us, talking about it in some way. He has openly said he had one more baby he would want a girl since he already has a son. Once I said how much fun girls were he was like actually now you said that never mind, no more kids. I am on an iud and last month we thought it may not be working properly and we went to pull out after I asked him to. Then one night I asked him to finish inside me again and he did. Once he did he leaned down and kissed my belly right over my belly button. After that he continued to go inside me without us really knowing if my bc was working 100%. The most recent statement was him moving his sons baby blanket from the hospital and he was like I kept it for you know first born baby. Only baby as far as I know of. I said ooo, you never know you might have another. He loves to cuddle and kiss my belly at random times. So would all this be clues to the fact he wants a baby

Yes but if he didn't stick around with the first one, what makes you think he will stick around after this one?

He is actually very involved in his sons life. He and his ex wife divorced after she cheated on him and got knocked up by someone else after his birth. So I don’t blame him not being with her.
