Social media always makes me feel ugly and depressed?

Everytime I'm instagram I can't help but to get jealous looking at how easy it is for some guys to get women. It's like they have to do the bare minimum and leave with girls falling out there pockets.. I don't think I'm the ugliest guy considering I've been with a dozen+ women but that's over a 30 year span, I might eveb find a girl who likes me but that's every couple of years or so. Back in the day I had no problem approaching women whatsoever so I don't know what has happened since then. I have no game, no Rizzoli, and can barely think of an icebreaker these days and it has me so depressed
